The STEP Award recognizes Butler employees whose efforts reflect exceptional Service Teamwork Excellence and Principles. Often, winners have performed noteworthy projects within their roles. Others have gone “above and beyond” to fulfill a particular need. The newest STEP Award winner is Andreka Ruddock-Pinnock.
Andreka was honored for her excellent service to the Tallahassee office. She started with the firm as a floater and advanced to a permanent position as a legal assistant to some of the busiest attorneys in the firm. This summer, when their office manager, Susan LaRock, was out for two months, Andreka took on the responsibilities of office manager while still maintaining her duties as a legal assistant. This was during the time that the Tallahassee office was consolidating and moving offices when the role of office manager was critically important. We thank Andreka for her commitment to Service, Teamwork, Principles and are pleased to add her to the list of STEP award recipients.
