Disciplined in Sophisticated Defense and Insurance Litigation

A Partner at Butler since 1997, he is a first and third party coverage and bad faith litigator who handles construction defect, commercial, insurance broker E&O, and other types of insurance-related litigation. In addition to representing insurers in both federal and state trials and appeals, Pablo handles complex coverage and property pre-suit claims.

Pablo was raised in North Carolina and received his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been admitted to all Florida Federal Courts and is a member of the bar in Florida, Virginia, and Texas.

Prior to joining Butler, Pablo’s practice focused on the areas of workers’ compensation, employment, aviation law, and immigration. He is active in the Defense Research Institute and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. When he isn’t litigating, Pablo often gives presentations on insurance-related issues.
