Disciplined in Sophisticated Defense and Insurance Litigation

Samera Beshir is an associate with the Miami office of Butler. Her primary focus is First-Party Property claims and related coverage litigation. 

Samera Beshir assists insurers with First-Party claim issues ranging from litigation and providing coverage opinions. Prior to joining Butler, Samera was involved in health insurance antitrust litigation. 

Samera is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the Southern District of Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and minor in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University. She spent a semester in Scotland with the Duke in Glasgow global education program. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of North Carolina School Of Law.  While at the University of North Carolina, she was involved in the Moot Court – Civil Rights Team and National Mock Trial Team. 

Samera volunteers as a Duke Admissions Alumni Interviewer for the South Florida area.
