Aaron R. Inkenbrandt is an Associate in the Philadelphia office where he focuses his practice on First Party insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Butler, Aaron was an active-duty judge advocate in the U.S. Army where he served as a felony prosecutor, appellate defense counsel, chief of claims, and command general counsel. His experience includes adjudicating claims under the federal Tort Claims Act, litigating complex felony cases at both the trial and appellate level, and advising senior officials on pending federal civil litigation.

Aaron received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern Indiana, and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Curtis E. Shirley Tax Award. During his service in the U.S. Army, Aaron further completed his LL.M in military law from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia.
