Alisha Taylor

Alisha Taylor is an Associate at Butler and works in our Miami office. She focuses her practice on handling complex civil litigation.

Prior to joining Butler, Alisha practiced first-party insurance defense, premises liability defense, negligent security, and negligent hiring. During law school, she was a law clerk specializing in first-party insurance. Additionally, Alisha clerked for the City of Miami, assisting with drafting municipal legislation.

Alisha received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. Before attending law school, Alisha spent nearly a decade as a paralegal, working in civil litigation fields such as bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, personal injury, and family law. This extensive paralegal background has significantly shaped her approach to legal practice.

In her free time, Alisha enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, running, and traveling.
