Amanda Mezer is an Associate at Butler and practices in the firm’s Tampa office where she practices in Casualty Defense Litigation and Extra-Contractual matters.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health in 2015. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Florida State University College of Law in 2018 with a Business Law Certificate. While in law school, Amanda externed for the Honorable Morris Silberman at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.

Amanda received two book awards for achieving the highest grade in Global Health & Pharmaceutical Law and the Business Law Clinic. She also served on two journals: Business Review, where she served as an Article and Notes Editor and Executive Editor, and Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.
