Amy Baker is an associate in Butler’s Tampa office, practicing in our First-Party and Third-Party Coverage departments.
Prior to joining Butler, Amy represented the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in legal matters for over four years. Amy also served the people of the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for over five years. As a felony attorney, she handled thousands of cases to include First Degree Murders and various other violent felony offenses. Amy also served as a Special Prosecutor for the Traffic Homicide Unit. During her time at the State, Amy litigated over thirty jury trials.
