Amy Warenyk is Of Counsel in Butler’s Tampa office. She practices primarily in First-Party Coverage matters.

Ms. Warenyk obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida in 2000, and her Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2004. Prior to graduation, Ms. Warenyk was selected to serve as a Judicial Intern for the Florida Supreme Court. During her tenure at the Florida Supreme Court, her duties included working closely with the Administrative Justice, Justice Cantero, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Thomas D. Hall. Ms. Warenyk also studied law abroad in Geneva, Switzerland with focus on International Human Rights, Global Trade Law, and International Environmental Policy.

Ms. Warenyk has experience litigating in both Florida state and federal courts.  Prior to working at Butler Legal, she enjoyed a diverse practice including family law and domestic relations issues as well as the litigation of contractor disputes/enforcement of property liens, personal injury, DUI/DWI and traffic court matters. Before operating her firm for 12 years, she practiced insurance litigation.

She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004 and is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida.
