Adrian Rivera is an Associate in our Miami office. Adrian primarily focuses his practice in First-Party Property litigation matters, including Arson and Fraud claims.
Adrian graduated with honors (cum laude) from St. Thomas University School of Law while also achieving early graduation. While in law school, Adrian earned Dean’s List honors and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing & Research. Prior to attending law school Adrian graduated from Florida International University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and a Minor in Psychology. While still in undergrad, he earned a Certification in Law, Ethics and Society.
In law school, Adrian served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Adrian also gained trial experience as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Additionally, Adrian was a member of the American Bar Association, Elder Law Society, and Entertainment & Sports Law Society.
Prior to joining the firm, Adrian was an Associate Attorney at an AM Law 200 law firm where he litigated cases involving First-Party Property. Adrian is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
Adrian is fluent in Spanish.
