Brittney Bagiardi is the Business Development and Marketing Manager for Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, a defense litigation firm with over 120 attorneys in 8 offices throughout the United States.

Brittney works closely with attorneys to coach them in marketing strategies and help them excel in client engagement. She maximizes attorney success through business development initiatives that she has implemented at the Firm. Client experience is an important facet of Butler, and she strives to maintain the highest client engagement and appreciation efforts through detail-orientated event planning, successful attorney-client meetings, and creating accessible information in an expedient, efficient manner. Brittney also advises the firm on brand identity and implements innovative ideas by driving decisions through analytics and data.

Brittney joined the firm in 2016, and her passion for marketing helps her build Butler’s branding through written content creation and editing, client proposal information, attorney event and sponsorship coordination, and implementing creative ideas. Through her leadership, new video and podcast initiatives increased the way clients receive information on various platforms. Driving client engagement numbers of Webinars to an all-time high, Brittney and the marketing team focus on developing marketing and management strategies that are easy and useful for our clients to access. She is also on the Firm’s Marketing Committee where she strategizes with key committee members regarding various business development initiatives at the firm.

As a part of the firm’s Community Service Committee, Brittney has facilitated and branded the Firm’s annual laptop essay contest, CTRL Your Future, which has provided over 30 students with laptops to help them further their education in college. An advocate for reading, she also created and coordinated Butler 4 Books, a donation that helped school libraries fund new reading materials for students. Brittney created a Butler Service Day where the Community Service Committee and other Butler employees are able to give back through building homes with Habitat for Humanity and by creating Happy Hope Bags for children in hospitals.

Brittney is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and served as the Tampa Chair for 2019. She previously served as the LMA’s Chair-elect for 2018, and also as Secretary for the 2017 term. Brittney was nominated by her peers for the LMA Future Leaders Program which she completed in December of 2018.
