Carlos Fabano is Of Counsel in Butler’s Miami office. He currently practices in the defense of matters including crane accidents, construction defects, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, trucking cases, bad faith, sexual misconduct and toxic torts.

Carlos earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University in 2000 with a certification in Latin American & Caribbean Studies. He then went on to complete law school at Nova Southeastern University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2004. While in law school, Carlos was a member of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and he was published in that journal. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the winner of the school’s 2002 Feinrider Moot Court Competition. He subsequently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fredericka G. Smith until 2006.

Prior to joining Butler, Carlos specialized in medical malpractice defense and he represented healthcare providers in numerous cases throughout Florida.

Carlos litigates in both State and Federal Courts and he is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
