David Bradley

David E. Bradley, Jr. handles Construction Defect Litigation. Before joining Butler, David worked for several local firms handling family law, PIP insurance, premises liability, and construction defect defense cases. David has successfully litigated numerous cases.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida in 2005, after which he taught English/Writing in middle school, high school, and community college for several years. Following his time as an educator, David moved into financial advising, where his mentor encouraged him to pursue a career in law. Thereafter, David went to Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating in 2013.

Outside of law, David is an active member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, holding a leadership position as steward and often leads worship in music as a pianist and choir director. Also, if you’re lucky, you can catch David doing stand-up comedy in the Tampa Bay area and throughout Central Florida.
