Declan McGinty

Declan C. McGinty is an Associate in the Tallahassee office, where his practice focuses on first-party property coverage and third-party liability.

Raised in Orlando, Florida, Declan received his undergraduate degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida in 2012. He went on to earn his law degree from the Mercer University School of Law in 2018, where he also served two terms in student government.

Prior to joining Butler, Declan practiced law in Los Angeles, California, gaining experience in the defense of insurance companies and the County of Los Angeles, as well as the plaintiff’s personal injury.

Declan is licensed to practice law in Florida and California.
