Jasmine Lee Smith is an Associate Attorney at Butler’s Tampa office, and practices in the area of construction defect litigation. She is committed to building positive trusting client relationships and providing exceptional legal representation grounded in compassion.

Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine gained diverse experience in insurance defense, handling matters involving workers’ compensation, general liability, first-party property, and auto negligence. Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with minors in Philosophy and African American Studies. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law with a Concentration in Social Justice Advocacy.

Jasmine is a member of the George Edgecomb Bar Association and currently serves as the organization’s secretary. Jasmine is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., through which she consistently participates in community initiatives such as voter registration drives and youth mentorship programs.
