Joshua Golembe is a Partner at Butler. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Joshua attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. He attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and received a Juris Doctorate in 2006.
Joshua works in our Miami Office, where he focuses on complex Civil Litigation in the following areas: bad faith, construction, crane accidents, environmental, excess coverage, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, sexual misconduct, toxic torts, and trucking cases.
He is AV-Preeminent rated from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for 2014, 2015, and 2016. Joshua has also served as the past chairperson for The Florida Bar Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “11-P.”
