Kody Luczak is an Associate attorney at Butler in the Tampa office. He practices in First-Party Property Coverage and related Extra-Contractual issues.
Prior to joining Butler, Kody gained valuable legal experience at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, and the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
Kody earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio. He continued his education at Syracuse University, where he graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2018. While at Syracuse, Kody competed on Syracuse’s Trial Team, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and was inducted into The Justinian Honor Society. He also worked as a teaching assistant for the College of Law’s Legal Communication and Research I & II program. Kody also served as the Managing Editor for the Impunity Watch Law Journal.
In addition to his academic endeavors, Kody spent time overseas in Northern Ireland and South Africa learning first-hand about the conflicts in both countries, and the ways they have each tried to reconcile their past with their future.
