Luke Grabowski joined Butler in 2021 as a Senior Associate in the Tallahassee office. Luke focuses his practice on First-Party Property and Third-Party Liability and Coverage actions, which includes advising insurers with regard to complex Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith issues. He also practices in the areas of general business and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and administrative law, particularly in the death-care industry.
Luke received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Political Economy and Law from Michigan State University in 2009. He was actively involved in various leadership roles on campus and also worked as a Legislative Assistant in the Michigan Senate. Luke graduated from the Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2012 and received numerous distinctions, including receiving the book award in Florida Administrative Practice and being selected as a member of the Dean’s List and Phi Delta Phi.
Luke began his legal career as a consultant at a governmental relations firm in Tallahassee. He then spent several years representing insurers and other providers of financial and insurance products in the areas of regulatory compliance and governmental relations. Prior to joining Butler, Luke worked as an associate at an established litigation firm in Tallahassee, where he represented clients in the areas of administrative law, business and commercial litigation, premises liability defense, and employment and medical malpractice defense.
Luke is admitted in all state courts as well as the Federal Northern and Middle District Courts of Florida.
