Nick Foppiano is an attorney and part of Butler’s First-Party Property department in its Philadelphia office.

Nick was raised in a military family, and lived in many locations in the United States and abroad before attending law school at Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey, graduating in 2015. He began his career as a litigation attorney in New Jersey, where he has practiced in creditors’ rights, criminal defense, and business litigation. Notably, Nick has practiced extensively on the plaintiffs’ side of first party property litigation before moving to defense at Butler, where he applies his extensive experience on both sides of insurance litigation to provide the best defense to insurance carriers.
