Tiffany brings over 20 years of appellate experience to Butler. Clients appreciate her honesty and straightforwardness in communicating the best course of action and chance of success on appeal. Tiffany’s extensive appellate experience makes her clients confident that every element of their appeal will be handled to the highest level of excellence.   

Prior to joining Butler, Tiffany was a staff attorney at the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida where, for four years, she handled every appeal from start to finish, including authoring all the opinions for the appellate panel. Tiffany also collaborated with the Chief Administrative Judge to create the “Jury Trial Benchbook” as a resource for all the judges. Tiffany’s keen insight into judicial decision making brings value to the appellate department at Butler.   

Tiffany also served as an Assistant Attorney General for Criminal Appeals, where she honed her legal research and writing skills handling a high volume of appeals. Her areas of expertise included murder and exploitation of the elderly. Tiffany’s experience in successfully handling high-profile cases and presenting oral argument before the Florida appellate courts are invaluable to her clients at Butler.

In her spare time, Tiffany has provided countless hours in pro bono work advocating for children and those wrongfully accused of a crime. She also fosters kittens for a local non-profit organization. Tiffany loves to travel the globe in search of the perfect cup of coffee. Her last destination was Dublin and London.
