Todd H. Zamostien, Esq. is an Associate Attorney in the Philadelphia office, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance coverage matters. Todd has extensive experience as a civil litigation trial attorney. His clients praise his subject-matter expertise, ability to get the job done efficiently, responsiveness to client needs, and focus on common-sense case resolution. Whether arguing a motion before the court, conducting depositions, handling settlement negotiations, or trying a case to a successful verdict, Todd focuses on working towards the best outcome for his clients.

Before joining Butler, Todd maintained a diverse legal practice. Comfortable in and out of the courtroom, Todd’s legal background as a litigator and general counsel has allowed him to meet the demands of clients seeking guidance on the diverse issues that inevitably arise within his practice. In addition to his experience in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial and complex construction litigation, and personal injury and liability coverage, Todd has also served as Lead Legal Advisor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and as general counsel for large school districts.

Todd received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Emory University and graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was Staff Editor of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal and clerked for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He is barred and in good standing with the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Outside the office, Todd enjoys writing and performing music as a guitarist and singer/songwriter, as well as taking time, when work permits, to backpack to far-flung locales.
