Weston Mumme is an associate attorney in the Dallas office and focuses his practice on Subrogation & Recovery.
Weston received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he won numerous awards for his writing, including multiple national best brief awards and the prestigious Excellence in Appellate Advocacy award from the State Bar of Texas. Weston additionally served as a student attorney for the Innocence Project of Texas, fighting injustice and working to free wrongfully convicted individuals from prisons across the State of Texas.
After law school, Weston served as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Keith Stretcher with the Eleventh District Court of Appeals of Texas. An asset to the firm, Weston is known as a creative thinker, adept problem solver, and one who takes tremendous pride in his work.
