The ideal candidate for this associate position will have 2+ years of first-party property defense litigation experience. This would include preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a first-party property case, and taking and defending depositions. However, associate candidates with other types of litigation or insurance coverage experience will be considered. All ideal candidates will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision. Excellent academic credentials required. Remote working afforded on a partial basis.
