INSURANCE COVERAGE ATTORNEY – TALLAHASSEE

AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Tallahassee office for an attorney with a minimum of 2-4 years experience. The position also requires that at least 1-2 years of the experience involve property insurance or liability insurance practice.  This would include preparation of pleadings and discovery, and  taking and defending depositions.  However, associate candidates with other types of litigation experience will be considered.  All ideal candidates will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision.  Excellent academic credentials and writing ability required.  Remote working afforded on a partial basis.  Competitive base compensation, generous bonus package, and substantial benefits offered.  Include “Tallahassee Attorney” in your submission.
