Legal Administrative Clerk – MIAMI

In search of a full time Administrative Assistant. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Legal Experience preferred. Responsibilities include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Processing and saving all incoming mail into the firm’s database
  • Maintaining and updating paper and electronic files
  • Working with electronic storage media such as flash drives and CDs
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in file treatment and digital records storage
  • Opening new matters as requested by the legal team
  • Handling overflow secretarial work
  • Scheduling appointments/meetings for attorneys
  • Retrieving documents either electronically or from the physical fie upon request
  • Scanning and copy jobs
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and conference rooms
  • Other duties as required
