Key Responsibilities
- Develop, compose, and distribute client email campaigns and marketing communications.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for both internal and external use (ex: social media posts, brochures, press releases, newsletters).
- Support the Marketing Manager during business development initiatives and campaigns.
- Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of departmental activities, including scheduling, invoice tracking, and vendor meetings.
- Track new talent hires and facilitate related marketing materials following orientation.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Conduct market and organizational research and prepare insights for presentation.
- Maintain and track promotional item inventory; coordinate orders with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in marketing software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, UberSuggest, and Mailchimp.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and analytics suites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Preferred / Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO).
- Portfolio or digital examples of prior marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with legal organization databases and ranking/submission processes (e.g., Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Chambers & Partners).
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
