Disciplined in Sophisticated Defense and Insurance Litigation

Nicolas G. Pazos is an Associate at Butler that practices in our First-Party Property Coverage Department. Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas served indigent Hillsborough County residents as an Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit handling thousands of cases and litigating sixteen trials.

Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 2009 where he was inducted into Florida Blue Key and served in leadership roles in Student Government and various student organizations. He earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2013. During law school, Nicolas focused on Litigation and Trial Advocacy while also serving as a student representative for the National Security Law Society and as President of the Hunting & Rifle Association.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of Texas.
