Attorney Jason Lowe will be presenting with co-presenters Wayne Sowers AIC, CPCU, Senior Executive General Adjuster, Cunningham Lindsey, and Eric Ficken of Matson, Discoll &Damico, LLP, at the PLRB Western Regional Adjusters Conference on the topic of “Commercial Time Element: Common Pitfalls.” on June 26—27, 2018, in Glendale Arizona.
The presentation will focus upon the various types of commercial time element coverages, as well as the common pitfalls encountered when substantiating and proving commercial time element damages.
The purposes and objectives of the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) are: (1) To concern itself with, and encourage productivity and efficiency in, the property and liability loss and claim adjustment processes of members and the industry as a whole; (2) To disseminate information on property and liability issues among members and within the insurance industry; and (3) To promote education and new and beneficial developments within the property and casualty insurance industry.
