Andria Nowak is a skilled and experienced attorney based in our Tampa, Florida office, bringing a diverse legal background in prosecution, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Originally from Philadelphia, she earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019.
Andria began her legal career as a prosecutor in Hillsborough County, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling a broad spectrum of criminal cases, including felonies, domestic violence, misdemeanors, and probation violations. During her time as a prosecutor, she honed her trial advocacy skills, participating in numerous trials and hearings, and developed a deep understanding of the criminal justice system. She later transitioned into criminal defense, where she fiercely defended individuals facing serious charges, ensuring their rights were protected and building strong legal strategies for each case.
After years in criminal law, Andria shifted her focus to civil litigation, specializing in first-party property law. Now practicing at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP, she is dedicated to representing clients, leveraging her extensive litigation and trial experience to provide exceptional advocacy.
