Branden McDaniel

Branden McDaniel is an Associate Attorney at Butler. Branden was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida in 2012. After earning his Bachelor degree, Branden then earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 2016. During his time in law school, Branden participated on the Alternative Dispute Resolution team and enjoyed competing in negotiation competitions across the country. Based out of the Tampa office, his primary practice area is coverage defense. Branden also handles casualty and extra-contractual matters.

Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Branden starting practicing with a local Tampa firm handling criminal, property, and personal injury claims. Subsequently he then began practicing within with a Tampa based PIP firm handling multiple Plaintiff PIP cases and claims. Thereafter, he started working at an insurance firm in the Tampa Bay area handling liability and casualty claims. Branden then joined Butler in the Fall of 2023.

In his spare time, Branden enjoys watching UF football and basketball, and cheering for his hometown Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also enjoys playing basketball, attending church, and spending time with his family and friends. Branden is also a current member of the George Edgecomb Bar Association.
