Donna Wood

Donna Wood is a Part-Time Of Counsel in Butler’s Tampa office.

Donna devotes her practice to the analysis and defense of first-party coverage disputes and 1^st and 3^rd party liability matters.  Before joining the firm, she was a partner with a firm in Toledo, Ohio, where she specialized in product liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice defense.

Donna received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she was the Law Review Notes and Comments Editor, and her Bachelor’s Degree with distinction from the University of Wisconsin.  Donna is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar Association. 

Donna volunteers for the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children, and her Golden Retriever, Sam.
