Gabriel Torre

Gabriel Torre is an Associate in the Tampa Office and practices construction litigation. Gabriel is licensed to practice law in Florida state courts as well as the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Prior to joining Butler, Gabriel practiced first-party insurance litigation, where he gained valuable experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, including trial and appeals.

Gabriel graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. In law school, Gabriel received the book award for the highest grade in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. He also served as a Teaching Assistant in Pre-Trial Practice, President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and as a Stetson Ambassador.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys trying new restaurants and rooting for his favorite teams, including the Bucs, Rays, Lightning, and Seminoles.
