Kyle Goss is an Associate Attorney in Butler’s main office in Tampa, Florida. His practice is primarily devoted to liability insurance coverage disputes, focusing on general liability coverage. Before joining Butler, Kyle worked in a Tampa-based defense law firm, handling catastrophic injury and personal injury liability type claims, wherein he gained invaluable civil litigation and trial experience. He also has significant experience handling and litigating third-party claims involving a variety of coverages, including auto liability, personal/premises liability, and wrongful death claims.

A Florida native, Kyle received his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and graduated cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law and graduated with honors. While attending law school, Kyle was a member of Stetson’s Business Law Society and its Lambda Legal Society. He is a Florida Bar and Georgia Bar member and has also been admitted to practice in the Middle and Southern United States District Courts in Florida.
