Luke Quinlan

Lowndes (“Luke”) Quinlan has twenty-seven years of experience with both first-party and third-party coverage disputes. His practice focuses on vindicating clients’ rights in high-value insurance coverage disputes. He has handled claims and litigation across the country involving multiple lines of coverage, including professional liability, commercial general liability, employment practices liability, errors and omissions liability, pollution liability, cyber, commercial property, crime, and marine.

Luke received his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America in 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts in History (with Honors) from the College of Wooster in 1989. He began practicing law in Chicago, Illinois, in 1994 and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1998.
