Marcus Scott

Marcus Scott is an Associate in the Chicago office whose practice focuses on first-party insurance coverage matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2021, where he graduated with a concentration in advocacy. During law school, Marcus served as Deputy Chief of the Stetson Ambassadors program and the Student Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to leadership and service within the legal community.

Marcus has spent the past four years practicing in first-party property, developing significant experience analyzing first-party issues and related disputes. His practice now specifically focuses on coverage matters, where he advises clients on complex policy interpretation issues and assists in navigating coverage determinations.

Marcus approaches his work with a practical, detail-oriented perspective and is committed to providing his clients with thoughtful, effective representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Marcus enjoys spending time with his husky, Delta, being outdoors, and adding as many countries as he can to his travel list.
