Robin Pero is Of Counsel in Butler’s Tampa office, where her practice spans first and third-party coverage, construction, and extra-contractual matters.
For more than thirty years, Robin has represented insurance carriers in a wide range of insurance disputes. Robin has defended breach of contract actions involving damage caused by sinkhole, fire, plumbing, hurricane, and other types of first-party claims, including bad faith litigation.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Robin graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After graduation, she worked as a paralegal in New York for two years before attending the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Robin served as Research Editor of the Akron Law Review and clerked for an Ohio Circuit Court Judge and the City of Akron Law Department.
Robin is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
