Thomas M. Hartwig is a Senior Associate in Butler’s Miami office, focusing on general liability litigation and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Hartwig is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. His practice is statewide, and he has appeared in virtually every state venue in Florida and various administrative proceedings. He has extensive experience defending general liability and professional liability claims, including the defense of physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. In addition, Mr. Hartwig has represented physicians in administrative proceedings before the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
