Val first joined Butler in 2009 and spent nearly six years growing within the firm before stepping away to explore new opportunities. Her deep appreciation for Butler’s collaborative environment and the strong connections she had built ultimately led her back in January 2022.
As Human Resources Manager, Val is a dedicated advocate for employees, believing that while strong relationships foster a positive workplace, driving performance and prioritizing outcomes are equally essential. She seamlessly balances both, taking great pride in cultivating a culture where Butler’s greatest asset — its people — can thrive.
A proud Tampa native, Val is deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Butler’s ongoing success and to be part of a firm and community she values.
Outside of work, Val enjoys spending time with her wife and children, traveling with both immediate and extended family, and embracing new experiences. Whether she’s exploring different cuisines, discovering new music, or reminiscing with friends over great conversation, she finds joy in the connections and moments that enrich life.
