The City of Tampa hosted its annual Gasparilla Distance Classic on February 20, 2016. The 5K race drew a crowd of over 14,000 participants. Proceeds raised from the run will support charitable youth organizations and running programs in the Tampa Bay area. A team of Butler employees participated and represented the firm in the fun-filled, nonprofit event.
