Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP was named one of Tampa Bay’s Top Workplaces 2018 by the Tampa Bay Times for the third year in a row!
In the Tampa Bay region, nearly 200 leading employers were nominated by their employees. To be considered for participation, companies or government entities had to employ at least 50 workers in Florida and be at least a year old.
Butler employees were surveyed about several topics, including practices and policies that make these companies the top places to work. Along with several comments about a family-like work environment, Butler employees state that they enjoy the firm luncheons, spring outings, holiday events, and having cake day which celebrates new hires and birthdays around the firm each month.

“I feel that I am a part of something bigger than just a company. I feel I am a part of a warm, welcoming family.”
“I’m given the freedom to use my strengths in my everyday work, and I feel valued.”
“The firm seems to really care about its employees. They are treated well and fairly.”
The companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The rankings were published on TampaBay.com and were featured in the April 6th edition of the Tampa Bay Times and on April 8th in TBT*. We are honored to have been selected for the award.
