Legal Administrative Clerk – Charlotte

Law Firm seeking a Legal Administrative Clerk with 3+ years’ of experience for our Charlotte office. Law Office/ Legal Experience preferred.

Legal Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Open New Legal Matters
  • Assist Legal Assistant’s with profiling SOCD emails
  • Assist Legal Assistant with processing vendor invoices
  • Assist with scheduling hearings, depositions, etc.
  • Assist Office Manager with administrative duties (ordering supplies and stocking them in kitchen and supply room, setting up for meetings, ordering lunch, etc.)
