For the eleventh consecutive year, Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig has proudly honored the accomplishments of high school seniors nationwide through our CTRL Your Future Essay & Laptop Contest.
Originating from Butler’s Community Service Committee, the annual CTRL Your Future essay contest aims to commend exemplary high school seniors who have demonstrated dedication to their academic pursuits. The contest invites students to submit essays in response to a writing prompt inspired by the Edison Principle, sharing challenges they have overcome and what those experiences taught them. The winner in each city is awarded a brand-new laptop, to help support their goals after graduation. These laptops serve not only as academic aids but also as instruments for staying connected with their communities.
