Subrogation professionals should be aware of several recalls issued on the CPSC website:
- Truststone Group recalls XO Poppy Power Trip Magnetic Wireless Power Banks due to a defect where the batteries can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards.
- Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing recalls Amana Through-The-Wall Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps: The snubber circuit can emit flames if it shorts, posing a risk of serious injury from fire.
- Audio Partnership recalls Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Portable Bluetooth Speakers due to a fire hazard when overheating.
