We are proud to announce that Tampa Partner Mihaela Cabulea has been appointed to the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Certification Committee, effective July 1, 2025.

This committee plays a vital role in evaluating and certifying Florida attorneys who demonstrate special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in appellate practice. Board certification is the Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation for the competency and professionalism of attorneys in a specific area of law. Mihaela is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice and leads Butler’s Appellate Practice group, where she focuses on liability defense and insurance-related appellate matters. Her appointment is a testament to her deep experience and commitment to advancing the appellate field.
