Brad Kandzer

Brad Kandzer is a Trucking and Third Party coverage attorney in Butler’s Tampa office. His practice focuses on the defense of general liability claims, including premises liability and other personal injury and wrongful death actions. In addition, he is experienced in appellate practice and defending professional negligence actions.

Brad was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In 2000, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2005. Brad was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2007. He worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the 6th Judicial Circuit from 2005 to 2006.

Brad has worked in civil litigation since 2006, during which he has conducted jury trials resulting in defense verdicts, obtained summary judgments in his clients’ favor, and effectuated countless favorable settlements for his clients. He has a passion for justice and a strong belief in fierce advocacy.

Brad enjoys traveling, reading, and spending his free time with his wife, three dogs, and three cats.
