Dom Le Cao joined Butler in 2010 where he started as a records management clerk. In 2011, he joined helpdesk as an IT assistant and participated in the firm-wide deployment of Microsoft Office 2007. Dom was promoted to Information Technology Assistant Manager, and he seamlessly supervised the helpdesk team, managed user accounts, and oversaw the ShoreTel phone system installs in seven Butler offices. Dom was named Information Technology Manager in 2018 and currently regulates daily firm network operation and maintenance. Dom knows that security is the Firm’s top priority, and Information Technology Manager. He evaluates and recommends information and technology strategies, policies and procedures to make Butler more effective and efficient in order to better serve our clients. Dom also sits on the Technology Committee for the firm.
