Daniel Town is an Associate Attorney in Butler’s Tampa, Florida office, practicing third-party coverage, extra-contractual claims, and general liability defense. Prior to joining Butler, Daniel was based in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he represented companies and individuals in the areas of general business law, aviation, maritime, and taxation strategy. Daniel also has significant experience in insurance defense and litigating personal injury claims.
Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of his life, Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. There, he won First Place in the Environmental Tax Policy Writing Competition and earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of his dedication to pro bono legal work.
When not zealously advocating for his clients, Daniel enjoys sailing around the Florida coast and exploring everything the state has to offer.
