An associate in the Tampa office, Falyn Hahn primarily focuses her practice on defending first-party property insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. Additionally, she has represented clients in defense of third-party property cases, general and premises liability, and breach of contract claims.
Falyn received her Bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College in her hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia. After graduating, Falyn moved to Florida and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stetson University College of Law in 2018. She was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award for her work with the Florida Guardian ad Litem program as a volunteer child advocate.
