Haneefah Saleem is an attorney in Butler’s Tampa office practicing in first-party coverage.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Valdosta State University in 2018 and in 2023, earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, Cum Laude. While in law school, Haneefah focused on oral advocacy and legal writing.

Haneefah has always been dedicated to service. While at Miami Law, Haneefah was a devoted member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and competed in the Civil Rights & Liberties Moot Court Competition in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to Moot Court, Haneefah was an avid member of the Race and Social Justice Law Review and dedicated her time as a member of the Center for Ethics and Public Service.

Prior to law school, Haneefah worked for Georgia’s General Assembly as a Governor’s Floor Leader intern, where she routinely conducted research on bills and resolved constituent issues. Haneefah is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
