Neal Addison

Neal is an Associate at Butler in Tampa, FL, practicing first-party coverage defense.

Before joining Butler, Neal worked as an attorney with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office, representing the best interests of dependent children who had been victims of abuse, abandonment, or neglect, from the initial removal through trial and ultimately reaching permanency for each child. During law school, he worked at the Rhode Island Public Defender, defending indigent clients facing criminal charges.

Neal attended the Boston University School of Law, where he was an Editor for the Boston University Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University, majoring in Mathematics and Economics. He was born and raised in Florida, and in his free time, he enjoys cooking, tennis, theater, his two cats, and the Tampa Bay Rays (most of the time).
