Ricardo Gomez

Rick Gomez is an attorney in the firm’s Miami office practicing in first-party property and insurance coverage matters for national and local insurance carriers in state and federal court.

Throughout his career, Rick has assisted clients in handling all types of homeowner’s and commercial property damage claims, both pre-suit and litigation. Before joining the firm, Rick gained vast experience in the representation of insurance carriers while working in-house for a large national homeowner’s insurance carrier. He has also represented banks, lenders, and mortgage servicers in both litigation and transactional matters.

During his spare time, Rick is an avid paddle-boarder and boater.
